Business Hours

I am available Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm in the office. I primarily have sessions on the weekends or during the week in the mornings before my children get home from school.

I do not answer messages, emails, text or any other forms of communications before 9am or after 5pm or on the weekends.

I'm a firm believer in boundaries and having a work and home life balance.

Turnaround

Regular & Mini Sessions you can expect your gallery returned back to you within 2-3 weeks from the date of your session (excluding weekends and federal holiday)

Weddings, Events & Sports you can expect your gallery back within 12 weeks from the date of service excluding weekends and holidays.

Sometimes this timeframe may fluctuate depending on the season and the workload.

Asking about your Gallery

I prefer if clients do not ask about their images until it has come to the day you are supposed to get them back. Responding to that question over and over again between 100 different clients can put a massive time delay in actually getting your photos back.

Please be respectful of this. If for some strange reason you do not have your images back within the timeline given, please reach out. There may have been an oversight!

Pet Policy

I LOVE pets. I have two dogs myself and I love having them in portrait sessions whether in studio or on location. Please note that I will work with and photograph all breeds as I'm a firm believer that the breed itself is never bad, it's the owner that trains them that way.

Your dog must be leashed at all times (we have photoshop to remove the leash). There are no areas that I use that allow off leash dogs. The moment the dog is removed from the leash, the session will end. This is for everyones safety, especially your pets!
